We are pleased to offer direct billing for a variety of insurance providers and funding programs to help make counselling services more accessible.
Direct Billing Available For:
TELUS Health eClaims participating insurance plans
Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) / Medavie Blue Cross
Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP)
ICBC counselling claims
Additional providers may be added over time. Please contact our office if you are unsure whether your plan is eligible for direct billing.
What Information Will I Need?
To verify your coverage and process direct billing claims, we require:
Your insurance card or policy information - all relevant membership #’s
The policy holder's name and date of birth (if applicable)
Important Information About Direct Billing
Direct billing is offered as a convenience to our clients; however, coverage varies depending on your individual insurance plan. We encourage you to confirm your counselling benefits, annual maximums, and any session limits directly with your insurance provider.
Any portion of the counselling fee that is not covered by your insurance plan will be charged to the credit card on file.
